Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present futuristic technology strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor global tech disruptions and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-ready applications
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
