Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ applications
- Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and anticipate paradigm shifts
- Manage innovation portfolio from concept to pilot stage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with emerging tech commercialization frameworks
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
