Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate innovation across departments
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies from concept to market
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
