Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation projects
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to secure first-mover advantages
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Labs as a 2026 technology pioneer
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation roles with proven future-vision execution
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Experience developing long-term R&D roadmaps aligned with market disruption cycles
- Strong network connections with global tech research communities and venture capital
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
