- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5-7 year horizons
- Mentor teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
