Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, climate tech)
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in prototyping next-gen systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to implement 2026-vision solutions
- Author white papers on technological singularity preparedness
- Secure $10M+ in government innovation grants annually
- Mentor PhD fellows through our Future Leaders incubator
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and UN tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent startup founder experience)
- 5+ years in AI/quantum R&D with 2+ breakthrough patents
- Proven track record of scaling tech from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes
- Published author in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
