Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, robotics, blockchain) to prototype and deploy next-gen solutions
- Partner with government agencies (DARPA, NSF) and academic institutions on $50M+ research initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish ethical and compliance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Present technology vision to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor technical teams in exponential technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futuristics with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or AI systems at FAANG or similar
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, S-curves)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future tech implications
- Experience securing $10M+ in government grants for R&D projects
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (NIST, IEEE)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and strategic foresight methodologies
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
