Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technology trends through 2026 (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience in rapidly evolving digital ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership on emerging tech implications
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Manage cross-functional projects integrating sustainability and ethical tech principles
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism research
- Proven track record in developing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on tech transformation
- Portfolio of published future-tech research or thought leadership
