Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovation horizons
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech into business strategy
- Present tech foresight insights to Fortune 500 clients
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for experimental projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futurology
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or AGI architectures
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming paradigms
- Experience with scenario planning for tech disruption
