Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to forecast market shifts and opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for next-generation product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly trend reports and scenario planning documents
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent Innovatech at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial products
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting C-suite insights and driving organizational change
- Published thought leadership in tech or business journals
