- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Collaborate with policy makers to shape regulatory frameworks for future tech
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage innovation incubator for 2026-ready prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and neural interfaces
- Published work in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Experience leading global R&D teams with $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 framework
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Public speaking at TED/World Economic Forum level
