Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Conduct market analysis for next-gen human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partner proposals
- Present findings at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech ethics and governance
- Patent at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 8+ years in advanced R&D with 3+ years in future-tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Expertise in federated learning and decentralized tech stacks
- Proven track record of scaling R&D from concept to commercialization
- Security clearance for national innovation initiatives
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
