Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI-human symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs prototyping solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and synthetic biology
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with academic institutions to recruit PhD candidates in cutting-edge fields
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in quantum cryptography and nano-robotics
- Establish global partnerships with space exploration and deep-tech startups
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 'Visionary Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future technology trends
- Experience scaling innovation teams across multiple continents
- Fluency in futuristic scenario planning methodologies
- Portfolio of implemented solutions currently used by Fortune 500 companies
