Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Develop innovation incubation programs for emerging tech startups
- Present future-state scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible tech deployment
- Collaborate with academic institutions on future-focused research projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and regulatory compliance
