Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology trends through 2030, identifying disruptive innovations and market shifts
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent industry experience
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
