Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in futurism
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum initiatives to commercial viability
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals (Nature, IEEE)
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI development and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
