Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-digital interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-era solutions
- Partner with venture capital to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity implications
- Design ethics frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D, product innovation, or strategic technology roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or C++)
- Experience with agile development for long-horizon projects
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for next-gen tech
