Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and societal impact
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for experimental technology deployment
- Mentor junior futurists through technology immersion programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience with emerging tech incubation and venture collaboration
