Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology vision roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen solutions (quantum AI, biocomputing, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess competitive implications
- Present strategic technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R labs to pioneer breakthrough applications
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 5+ global divisions
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Fluency in HTML/CSS for prototyping technology concepts
