Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate-tech AI systems
- Published research on technology ethics or socio-technical systems (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience advising government bodies on tech policy (e.g., NIST, EU Digital Strategy)

- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 tech requirements
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred) for prototyping
