Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning or neurotech
- Proven track record deploying AI systems at scale in regulated industries
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architecture (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Strategic advisory experience with governments on tech policy (G7/G20 preferred)
- Proficiency in futurist methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, S-curves)
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
