Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized networks) and their business implications for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term corporate objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present visionary frameworks to executive leadership and stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into strategic imperatives
- Champion innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and policy development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (blockchain, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
