Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with corporate vision
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech, Web4.0)
- Architect next-gen digital ecosystems integrating sustainable tech frameworks
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with global research labs and academic institutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof technology adoption
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5+ year horizons
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in futurist/innovation roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech ecosystems beyond current market paradigms
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech implementation
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for emerging technologies
- Deep network within global tech innovation communities (Davos, WEF)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
