Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research identifying breakthrough technologies in biocomputing and synthetic biology
- Architect human-AI collaboration frameworks for enterprise and consumer applications
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and similar research institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems or equivalent peer-reviewed venue
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Certification in Futures Studies from World Future Society or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented human-computer interaction innovations
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 24027 (AI ethics) and IEEE 7000 standards
