Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework covering AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with frontier research institutions and technology incubators
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and innovation specialists
- Monitor global patent trends and regulatory landscapes affecting future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years experience in technology forecasting or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
