Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 3-5 year technology foresight roadmap for 2026 adoption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AR/VR evolution) and assess business impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in 2026 tech landscape
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype futuristic concepts
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in forecasting emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and policy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience working with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
