Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead incubation of prototype systems using 6G networks and neuromorphic hardware
- Anticipate geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech adoption through horizon scanning
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on emerging tech research initiatives
- Design sustainable tech frameworks for carbon-negative digital infrastructure
- Mentor junior futurists and publish annual industry trend reports
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier journals on 2026 tech trends
- Experience leading cross-border R&D teams with $50M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AGI safety, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech solutions with measurable impact
- Security clearance for classified government innovation projects
