Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive patent development for proprietary breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in R&D with demonstrated impact on commercialized tech products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals or conferences
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
