- Lead cross-functional R&D teams prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and DARPA for bleeding-edge research
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech integration
- Present foresight analyses to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Secure $50M+ in R&D grants from federal and private innovation funds
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Track record of commercializing emerging tech (patents in AI or biotech)
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical innovation
- Experience securing DoD or NSF grants exceeding $10M
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
