- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author whitepapers on future tech policy implications and ethical frameworks
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints for prototyping next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 5+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research on quantum/AI/biotech convergence trends
- Strong network connections with DARPA, IEEE, or similar tech bodies
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
