Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Lead cross-functional prototyping of 2026-vision products using bleeding-edge tech stacks
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Author strategic whitepapers on future-proof digital infrastructure
- Mentor teams in emerging technology adoption methodologies
- Partner with ethics boards to establish responsible innovation frameworks
- Represent company at global tech foresight summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems)
- Proven track record of shipping future-facing products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
