- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Author thought leadership papers for top-tier tech publications
- Mentor next-gen innovators through Horizon Labs' Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling transformative technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech innovation initiatives
