Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and spatial computing to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Conduct scenario planning for technological black swan events
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or platforms
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or major conferences
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
