Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready autonomous systems
- Research emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, biocompatible sensors)
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on sustainable tech initiatives
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and investor boards
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ at director level
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record securing federal innovation grants
- Expertise in ISO 20700 tech forecasting standards
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technologists
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Public speaking at TED or equivalent tech forums
