Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technologies across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused strategies into corporate planning
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and guide investment decisions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology assessment (e.g., APF, CFTE)
