- Lead cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills
