Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen tech solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for future deployments
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field (CS, Engineering, Physics)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation journals
