Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems targeting 2026 commercial deployment
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on next-gen cryptography standards
- Present breakthroughs at Davos and IEEE Quantum Summits
- Mentor 5+ engineers in emerging tech specializations
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NASA grants for 2026 projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent experience with 15+ publications
- Proven track record of deploying quantum systems at scale
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction
- Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers in regulated environments
- Active contributor to IEEE P3205 quantum standards
- Patents in quantum-AI integration (3+ required)
