- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmaps aligned with global market trends

- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and policy think tanks
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for 2026-proof innovation projects
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-focused roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or Futuristics
- Published research in quantum computing or post-quantum cryptography
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
