Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present strategic initiatives to executive stakeholders and investment partners
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI on forward-looking projects
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Certified in Agile/Sc methodologies with PMP or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals (preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field
