- Manage $15M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused prioritization
- Build and mentor high-performance technical teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Report on emerging tech trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product development leadership
- Proven experience scaling technology teams to 50+ members
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching successful tech products with $10M+ revenue
- Strong understanding of ethical AI development and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
