- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2020s product launches
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech architectures
- Track record of securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience building and scaling tech incubators
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in agile innovation frameworks
- Certified in emerging tech foresight methodologies
