Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 50+ members
- Certified in AWS/GCP quantum services and AI governance
