Responsibilities
- Architect and implement forward-thinking technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Collaborate with C-suite to define innovation KPIs and ROI frameworks
- Mentor technical teams in agile methodologies and disruptive prototyping
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation blueprints to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, INSEAD)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
