Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including generative AI, quantum applications, and biotech integrations
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes for emerging tech solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum computing implementation
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable technology and circular economy solutions
- Collaborate with venture partners to incubate spin-off technologies
- Present technical visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech integration, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in future-proofing methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong network within venture capital and innovation ecosystems
- Certification in AI ethics or quantum technology preferred
