Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with future-focused initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science or Futurology preferred
- Published research on quantum/AI convergence (2020-2025)
- Experience with DARPA/NASA technology programs
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (WFS or similar)
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0 and metaverse architectures
