- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business growth objectives and sustainability goals
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and patent development
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for emerging technology incubation and pilot programs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and agile innovation frameworks

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management (required)
- Proficiency in strategic scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
