As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley disruptors, and government think tanks to develop frameworks for ethical AI adoption, sustainable tech ecosystems, and human-centric digital transformation. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar product portfolios and global tech policy initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in biotech-AI convergence
- Author strategic white papers on metaverse governance and digital sovereignty frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technical vision into market-ready products
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and UN Tech Summits as a thought leader
- Design ethical AI implementation protocols for Fortune 500 enterprises
- Manage $10M+ R&D budget for emerging technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record leading tech strategy at FAANG or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neural networks, and synthetic biology
- Experience securing government contracts for critical infrastructure projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Global network of tech innovators and policy influencers
- Certification in Futures Thinking from Singularity University or equivalent
