Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 8+ years industry experience
- Published 3+ papers in Nature/Science on emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling $10M+ tech initiatives
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Portfolio of 5+ commercialized futuristic products
- Security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
