Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech production and lifecycle management
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Global speaking experience at TED, Davos, or equivalent forums
